Whatever stage you choose, every SIPROM offer transparently sets out the materials, works, services and associated costs.
Every SIPROM kit includes detailed technical design for the timber structure in its price, prepared by specialists and adapted to the building’s technical requirements.
Structural design follows the regulations in force in Romania and applicable European standards, taking into account site-specific conditions, climatic loads and seismic actions.
Main applicable technical regulations:
Depending on the project’s characteristics, the structural documentation includes sizing calculations, structural drawings, construction details and technical specifications for building elements and their connections.
SIPROM houses use prefabricated systems made of certified structural timber and SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), designed for energy efficiency, precision and durability.
Main construction characteristics:
SIP panel thicknesses, insulation type, structural element dimensions and system configuration are determined by the project and contracted package.
Structural components are prefabricated at the SIPROM production facility using the technical documentation and manufacturing details.
The production process focuses on dimensional accuracy, material quality and proper preparation of elements for assembly.
Prefabrication enables efficient organisation of works, reduces on-site adjustments and shortens structural assembly time.
For projects that include assembly services, installation is carried out by specialist SIPROM teams in accordance with the technical documentation and contractual terms.
Detailed technical design for the timber structure is included in the SIPROM kit offer.
As an option, we can provide architectural design services for obtaining building permits and coordinate additional documentation required by the project.
Documentation for obtaining a building permit (DTAC) is separate from the detailed structural design and is contracted separately unless expressly included in the offer.
All displayed prices include VAT. Transport terms and costs are agreed on a case-by-case basis in the individual contract, depending on distance, site access, delivery and unloading conditions. Transport is included only where expressly stated in the individual quotation and contract.
All SIPROM models can be adapted to the client’s requirements, within technical possibilities and applicable regulations.
We can review changes to floor area, layout, dimensions, window and door openings, roof geometry and other architectural or construction elements.
SIPROM also develops fully custom projects, including projects based on architectural plans supplied by the client.
Whether you choose a catalogue model or want a house designed from scratch, our team can propose a construction solution suited to your project and available budget.
